APS
APS has a list of contractors who have met the stringent requirements of the APS qualified contractor program. APS qualified contractors are licensed, bonded and insured members of the Arizona Heat Pump Council and are committed to a rigorous continuing education program for their service technicians.
SRP
SRP certified contractors are administered by the Electric League of Arizona. All participating contractors must meet strict program requirements developed by SRP and must perform the Manual J or equivalent load calculations on all replacement and new heat pump installations. They also have to provide copies to our customers and the Heat Pump Council. These standards are designed to ensure high-quality service and workmanship for the heating and cooling needs of SRP homeowners.
Knowledge
Our technicians are NATE-certified to repair or install your heating and air conditioning system correctly the first time. Ongoing training is a priority for us, which is why all of our technicians meet together once a week to discuss new technology or methods in the industry, or simply to reinforce the best existing methods.
